About Us

At That Doggone Parlor, we approach dog grooming from a truly holistic point of view. From carefully selecting the right products to ensuring your dog’s physical and emotional needs are met, your pup’s overall well-being is always our top priority.

We take the time to understand what works best for each individual dog, providing a safe, calm, and comfortable environment. Your dog will never be left waiting in a crate or drying in a cage. Every service is done one-on-one, by hand, with patience, love, and intention. Our goal is to create a positive experience for everyone involved — you, your dog, and the groomer.

We use a premium product line made with the highest-quality ingredients and formulated based on the science of skin and coat health. Our services go beyond basic grooming by focusing on proper cleansing, hydration, and restoring the skin and coat to their optimal condition. Each dog receives a customized care regimen designed specifically for their unique needs.

Our grooming process may include a combination of techniques such as selecting the appropriate products, massage and acupressure to ease stress or discomfort, gentle and proper handling to maintain safety, and reading cues to truly understand each dog as an individual.

Getting started is simple. You’ll begin by filling out our New Client Intake Form, which helps us get to know you and your pup. From there, you can request appointments online as needed. We ask that you carefully review our Terms of Service, and we’re always happy to answer any questions you may have.

While we cannot guarantee an exact arrival time, appointments are scheduled with an hour arrival window, and we’ll keep you updated with any changes as your appointment approaches. For the best skin and coat health, we recommend staying on a regular grooming schedule — bathing every 4–6 weeks, and full grooming every 8–10 weeks, depending on coat length and style.

We truly look forward to being a trusted part of your pup’s ongoing care.
